We will confirm GDPR Compliance with any email provider we use, prior to employing their services. We use email communications when contacting our current customers, under the legal basis of legitimate interest and in some cases, fulfilling contractual obligations e.g. notification of change in the Terms and Conditions. If we purchase data to use for email communications, we will publish where we bought this data from, and provide an opportunity for the recipients to be removed from our mailing list.

Your information will not be stored after the completion of your enquiry unless necessary, in line with our Retention Policy.
We offer support to prospective and current customers, suppliers and other third parties. When you make a call to us, we do not record this conversation. If we need to process your enquiry, we will gather only the relevant information to do so. This request will be processed and completed within 30 days of receipt.

Personal information about unsuccessful candidates will be held in line with our Retention Policy after the recruitment exercise has been completed, it will then be destroyed.
